Perth is set to experience an orchestra like no other when SYNTHONY No.5 lights up RAC Arena on Friday 19 September. The groundbreaking live music experience, presented by Volvo, is back with a brand-new show that fuses the world’s biggest dance anthems with the full power of the Perth Symphony Orchestra, guest vocalists, instrumentalists, DJs and immersive visuals.
Conducted by Sarah-Grace Williams, SYNTHONY No.5 reimagines iconic tracks from artists including Tiësto, Eric Prydz, Avicii, Bob Sinclar, Calvin Harris, Gala and more – delivering the greatest dance music of the past 30 years like you’ve never heard it before.
Joining the line-up for Perth are powerhouse support acts:
Shapeshifter (DJ Set): New Zealand’s iconic drum and bass pioneers, known for their high-energy performances and genre-defying sound that has earned them a cult following worldwide.
Yolanda Be Cool: The Australian duo behind the global smash hit We No Speak Americano, renowned for their infectious house grooves and party-starting sets.
Dr Packer: Perth’s own ARIA-award winning DJ and producer. Celebrated internationally for his disco-infused edits and remixes that have become staples on dancefloors across the globe.
The Perth show is part of the wider SYNTHONY Australia Tour 2025, which kicked off in Melbourne last month. The tour continues to Adelaide before arriving in Perth. It then heads to Brisbane and wraps up with a spectacular finale in Sydney.
Since its debut, SYNTHONY has become a global phenomenon, captivating audiences with its unique blend of electronic dance music and orchestral performance.
Now, with fresh arrangements and new surprises in SYNTHONY No.5, Perth fans can expect a night of pure energy and unforgettable moments.
